They had a exactly what I was looking for, couldn’t find this tasty treat anywhere else because everywhere else was sold out. I when I am looking for something specific, I pass all the other LCBO’s in Oshawa to come here because, I know they are well stocked. Can’t say anything about prices, they are the same across the board, but if you want to make sure they are in stock, come here, you probably won’t be let down. 5/5 star!

Great selection of wine (including vintages), spirits and beer. They have a walk-in cooler for beer, ciders and mixed drinks. The staff is usually friendly and helpful.

Alison gave excellent service July 24 when we went to make a purchase. They did not have the product we were interested in but she phoned the store listed as having 7 bottles in stock and she phoned to make sure that the product was in stock and then asked them to hold 2 bottles for us. She also instructed us how to obtain it by shipment to our local store. WAY TO GO ALISON!!

I would give minus star if I could. Terrible and rude customer service by one of the elderly lady cashier attendant. I was in for exchange a gifted item exchange. When it is a gift usually do not get receipt. I was even accused of stealing product and trying to change when waiting out after cash counter! She was very nice with other customer but when my tern came was so loud and rude treating differently then other for obvious reason as she was obliging by doing this job for which she is paid for. I would strongly suggest to avoid this place.
