No better pharmacy than here! Always friendly, efficient and approachable when picking up medications. The whole team is super knowledgeable and spends the time needed with you when you have questions or concerns - also very empathetic. Been going here for years with my family and will continue to do so! What a great team!

Thank you to Patty who was very helpful when explaining my prescription. I was having a bad panic attack and she was so calming and understanding. From someone who suffers from anxiety, a caring person can make the darkest cloud pass, even if it’s a complete stranger.

The staff at this pharmacy are incredible - my toddler had pink eye and instead of waiting for hours at the walk-in, the pharmacist prescribed me what I needed within 30 minutes. Everyone was so accommodating, friendly and respectful - can't thank you all enough, I'm so grateful for you!

Been going to this pharmacy for several years (over 20 years) All the staff are amazing especially Carmella and Michelle. Of course the owners, Marlene and Patty are amazing too.!!!!

My toddler had ear infection and we got medicine from this pharmacy waited 30 minutes to got medicine. Earlier my child had the same ear infection and we got medication from different place. This pharmacy gave horrible tasted antibiotic. Atleast they can give medicine which have flavour. my child was vomited the whole dose. Moreover their packing was so bad. Never recommended this pharmacy.

This pharmacy taking advantage over the potential patients waiting to get care at local clinic on Bowmanville.Pharmacy staff on good conscience are selling masks for dolar each showing good community spirit by speculation the price of the face mask for over 100 times.Shame for our comunity such behavior.Hope all Bowmanville customers will start using other pharmacy on the area.Pharmacy staff taking unfair advantage over the patients .

Get there after being told by my doctors secretary to come to the emergency clinic to see our family doctor. I get here to be told I need to wear a mask (fine with that cold season is here, better safe than sorry.) When i asked for a mask for myself and son, I was told I had to go to the pharmacy and purchase one.. Seriously?!?!No right at all.. If you insist I wear a mask how do you then tell me I need to purchase one before I can get help. ?♀️

People there are very nice but dispensing an expired immunization prescription is a very big NO No No so may be its only one incident but still unacceptable. SoPlease always check your medication before leaving the store

I have been a client at this pharmacy for many years now and never had a problem. they go above and beyond to help me with my questions about my health conditions and new and up to date medications in coordination with my doctor , is all I have to do is ask. Very pleased with the professional care and service. Thankyou to the whole team.
