I sat for an hour waiting for my order for curbside while watching cars pull in and get their orders, the staff were wandering around the lot as if there was absolutely no urgency to any orders.... Standing around talking to each other.... Worst home depot I've ever been to... Not to mention it took them a week to pick an order 0 out of 5.... Avoid this place

I've called 5 times to speak to someone...took the 5th call for someone to actually answer. I need to order filters - they said they are in stock, but not available for delivery. fine, ill pick up with the other items I need to buy. She says sorry, they don't allow me to take any orders over the phone, but she also can't add the items to the cart (system doesn't allow it).But maybe a manager can help me...send me on hold again. Again it rang and rang rang, no answer...then the system send me to wait again, and someone picks up and hangs up on me.
Basically, they have the items in stock, which I'd prefer to pick up, but no one is able to take any sort of money for these items...very helpful.

Went to purchase appliances..... no one could be bothered to take time to look for an appliance that I requested..... all act like they could care less.... so I left and purchased elsewhere One associate was not even wearing a mask.... talking and not even a few feet apart

Waited and waited and waited...... to cash out of the garden Center while 5, Yes that right five young workers stood around chatting. Seemed oblivious to the fact there were multiple customers waiting for assistance. Finally had to ask if anyone was working the till and then met with snotty comments. Your products are available elsewhere so while u may be convenient another five minutes will get me what I need at another store or location. Won’t be back

Every time I go to this location the employees are helpful, attentive and understanding. Ever go into a Home Depot and the employees are impossible to find or try to run away when they see you coming towards them? Yeah, that never happens here. It’s like they actually care that the repairs I make to my house or the products that I get are actually the ones I need and are the right ones for the job. Crazy concept, isn’t it?

Love Home Depot but agree the staff at this location are both rude and u professional.. that's when you can find someone. I love in town a d regularly take the extra 10 mins to go to the south Whitby location which is 100 X better. Don't. Other complaining to the manager.. it starts there and they take the lead from him. When head office replaces him, I'm sure the turn around will start
