Very rushed service horrible work completely disregarded part of my fender and claimed it was like the beforehand “not true”, worse part of all I went there with both headlights working perfectly fine no issues to now having only one headlight working unbelievable will never recommend to anyone.

I was referred to CarStar twice over the lease of my vehicle by my insurance company when I had been hit. I recently returned my vehicle to find that they had mismatched the paint, everything replaced in the vehicle was misaligned, there were paint drips on the fixed fenders and the most recent fender that was fixed still had a crack in it.
Received a $1000+ invoice from the dealership to fix their work, my insurance company stated that if I chose them I would have a lifetime guarantee on the work. They will not own their terrible workmanship if the vehicle is out of your hands even though I contacted them immediately.
I would never trust this company with a vehicle of value and my insurance company has been informed as well for further referral.

2nd not at fault within a year. Both times were great experiences. 2nd one was close to being written off. Car looks brand new, kept me in the loop at all times, put up with me and my calls and any concerns I had were addressed. You guys are the best. Thank you for taking care of my car ❤️❤️

Attempted to obtain a quote from these guys. They weren’t even interested in quoting on a small one panel job. They simply said “oh we’re far too busy with large insurance jobs. Try this other shop…”. What a poor excuse for a body shop.

I recently got my car repaired at this shop after extensive hail damage last summer. Given it was only a year old at the time, it was important to me that it was done right. To say that they did it right is an understatement. Between the body work and paint, the car looks brand new again! Also the customer service from everyone was amazing. I’ll definitely sing their praises to everyone I know and direct as much business to them as I can.Thank you so much!

Just got my car back from a back bumper repair following a rear end collision. You can’t even tell there was any damage plus they fixed a scuff that wasn’t part of the accident damage! My car was shining like new and they even cleaned the inside! I am very satisfied with Carstar. We had a very similar experience at this location with my son’s car about 4 years ago. Won’t go anywhere else for damage repairs. Great customer service. Great price. Great timing.

Absolutely garbage customer service, they had my vehicle for 6 weeks and continue to screw it up. If you care about your vehicle take it literally anywhere else. Facilities look like a mess, endless excuses, and terrible workmanship.Service: Painting

I brought my truck to CarStar Clarington because it was my insurance companies preferred shop. The first time I picked my truck up the paint full of pin holes and the body line was not straight. Went back a second time for the shop to repair their bad work. The second time was better but still not right, paint was still full of pins hole. The response about the inadequate work the second time was to take it to another CarStar, and not once did the location manager come out to talk to me. I would not take my vehicles to any CarStar.Services: Painting

I have nothing bad to say about carstar, Always kept me in the loop, And even put on a brand new part That they had in the back when my insurance didn't want to. Hopefully I never need them again but if I do I will definitely go to carstar. And the young lady that works at the reception desk was awesome

We brought our truck in for repairs in February. SIX MONTHS and we still don’t have our truck back! First it was back ordered parts, then the part order was canceled but somehow they didn’t know, then more repairs than expected, etc. They have been saying it will be ready in 2 weeks for months on end. They do not contact us proactively, we have to constantly call to find out what is happening. Customer service doesn’t seem concerned. Check your insurance options and go elsewhere! Hoping our repairs are least worth the wait if they ever get done.

Had to get bodywork on my 2022 Ram, told me it would take 4 days and that is how long it took. The repairs look amazing. Great job and great service.
