Not deserving even 1 star, staff are very lazy they don't know the actual price of the part they say what comes from their guts and while checking the part hangs up the phone. Very rude not recommended.

I have only good experiences with this location. Even during the pandemic, they are providing excellent/accommodating service for what I need. Can't say anything bad about the Bowmanville location & its staff. I will say that the Carquest's overall website needs a serious rework, but I'm still giving this location 5 stars.
