The sales man at this location named Chris was extremely rude. He would talk over me and have a know it all attitude. If I asked a question about something I didn't know he would be extremely condescending. My grandmother went in and she said he was rude to her as well. All in all this was a terrible experience and don't recommend anyone go to this location. It's not worth the aggression you're met with at the door.

Chris was absolutely amazing!! I went in looking for a mattress with no previous knowledge of mattresses or what would be best for me. He was so kind, genuine, patient and made sure we understood what he was explaining to us. He made us feel very comfortable with no pressure, and he was super knowledgeable. Honestly couldn’t have had a better experience and we are so appreciative of him. Thank you !!!!!

Highly recommend the Brick Mattress store in Bolton. Chris was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about his products. The team that delivered our mattress kept us apprised as to where we were on delivery timing. Very nice fellows.

Purchase made at Brick Bolton Mattress store and grabbed a great sale. Jim Wu was so helpful and helped me within my price point . With the sale I was able to get better quality but still within my budget.
