Hours are not great. Usually out of stock. Not very busy but still wait in to pay because staff is multitasking.

The customer service I received in this store today was through the roof. I wasn’t even buying much but I was genuinely greeted by the staff and manager and was catered to by the employees on the floor… it was almost strange that this was my experience because it’s so rare to receive it. Bravo to those that lead this store.

Very professional service, Hailey was extremely accommodating and patient in getting my large format engineering prints sized and printed correctly. She went above and beyond in terms of customer service and customer satisfaction. The price was extremely fair as well. Thank you to the team at Staples Bolton!

It's a staples. Crazy high prices for mailers and whatnot, but good selection/price for boxes online. Service is good.

Horrible experience. Waited at least 15 min without assistance. Finally I called tech support & the man who I spoke to wasn't sure if someone was in, to then find out he is tech support. He asks me what I need, I tell him, he focuses on one product, looks it up and goes to find, 20min go by. He returns tells me he doesn't have it & i can go to woodbridge fully knowing I needed it for the next day. Then walks away.
