Had a great experience purchasing our mattress with bill at this location today. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect fit for mattress The customer service was outstanding. He was very kind and patient, not pushy at all. We are very satisfied with our experience. Highly recommend bill 10/10

When I purchased the comforter, the sales associate told me it was possible to exchange the product if it did not fit well. Once it was open, I did not like how it fit, so I returned to the store to exchange the duvet. Another sales associate refused to honour the possibility of exchanging it for another duvet. I was told that it was a lie and that the company would go bankrupt if all customers were like me. The older man were offensive and accusatory. If the head office encouraged the sales associate to treat the customers this way, that could put the company in danger more than me trying to exchange a duvet for another one more expensive. I am very unsatisfied with that service, and I would recommend going buy at another location than Bolton.

So I just purchased a new mattress from sleep country in Bolton. We had Bill Edwards as our rep he was awesome not pushy whatsoever.He just move this around the showroom trying different mattresses explaining what the differences were it’s always nice when a sales person knows their products. I’m a sales professional and I try to make sure I can answer questions, truthfully and on the spot. He was very knowledgeable, and when we made observations or comments about the comfort of a given mattress, he said, OK let’s try this one, and that would improve our experience. If you’re looking for a mattress, definitely give these guys a look.

Awful salesman. Terrible service. Will never shop at Sleep Country again. Waited at for the salesman to show up at the store for 10 mins, purchased an item, it was the wrong size so I went to return it the next day. Instead of trying to help me, I felt like I was committing a crime trying to return what I had bought. They never took the item back even though it was unused, and nothing was wrong with it. Absolutely disgusting experience.

As the commercial shows friendly inviting smiling faces, that's not what i encountered. There was one older gentleman in there and i didn't find him very inviting. He did have knowledge of what i was enquiring about, but i felt i was more so bothering him that i didn't feel comfortable to stay and continue. I probably was there for 5min. I wont be back at this location. I will try another location, hopefully it won't be the same, if thats the case i wont be returning to sleep country again. ?

Came here yesterday and ended up purchasing a new duvet, duvet cover and put a deposit down on a new mattress. Upon opening the duvet cover at home a button popped off and I was disappointed in the quality of the product. I came back today to return the duvet cover thinking it would be a painless process but instead I was told they cannot refund the product and was handed back my receipt with a number to call on it for customer service. I told the salesman Bill I wasn't interested in calling customer service and having the product replaced and that I would like my money refunded. He refused so I called the customer service number and spoke to the rep on the phone (in the store - with customers present might I add) in which case the rep stated that the item can in fact be refunded. After a lengthy back and forth for 30 minutes, Bill the salesman reluctantly refunded me the amount for the duvet cover. I am disappointed in the customer service and treatment I received at the store today and will never shop at Sleep Country again. Great job on losing a customer on a $5k product over a $270 return.

Very pleasant experience with Bill last night. He was very informative & very nice. Was looking for just a mattress but ended up purchasing a mattress, mattress cover, pillows, pillow covers, and bed sheets! Thanks Bill for all your help, we can’t wait to sleep on our new Kingsdown!

Well the first delivery, the two delivery guys weren't wearing a mask and funny enough, four days later, after avoiding covid for two years we got it. The bed that was assembled that day was clicking and clunking, so we had to have it replaced. The delivery guys dragged the bed and scratched our wood floors and put a hole in our wall.The delivery guys that came to replace the noisy bed base struggled greatly and it was quite evident that one was very lazy and the other one was the guy that just did what he was told. The lazy one even tried to tell us to just bend the bed base back into shape, and that should be fine . The bed base that was originally delivered was scraping and grinding and it caused a pile of metal shavings on our floor. Not something you want to pay for brand new and have to bend and hope it works out... he just didn't want to carry the return.(the lazy guy) This new one, after much effort and home damage, doesn't clunk so that's good. The bed overall is okay. The delivery experience was horrendous. Now we have to patch a wall and find a way to get rid of this scratches on the floor. Kind of outshines the new expensive bed.
