My recent interaction with PlumbPro Supplies in Bolton was excellent. They were easy to reach by phone, and responded quickly to emails. You can tell the team is really there to help. Special thanks to Garnet for going above and beyond to help me resolve a plumbing issue at our home. I will be returning for future purchases, and would recommend anyone reading this review do the same. They will not disappoint. Thank you for the excellent service and follow up.

Bought an expensive shower kit, and was told it isn't special order, when i found out it could not work , they told us we don't accept return items, Which was not the case! As with other reviews on here they do not accept any returns of any kind! this place is a joke! We paid over 1400, and are now out this money and they wont even accept a re stocking fee. return total losers, I once thought they were great to deal with , not now anymore BUYER BEWARE

I shopped around everywhere looking for a specific part to fix my plumbing. No one seemed to understand what I needed or where to find it. Then I went to PlumbPro Supplies Inc. and the staff quickly determined what I needed and sold me the part I was missing. Great store, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Why waste your time going elsewhere? Just go here and get what you need.

I seen some negative reviews and was compelled to leave a review of my experience. The service was great, the price was very competitive, and I found everything I needed in one place. Let's call a spade a spade...my experience was better than going to canadian tire, home depot, and home hardware. Those 3 places combined didn't have most items I was looking for. The gentleman at the counter was very professional and patient as I went through my list of items as there were many. Thank you PlumbPro...I'm definitely coming back!

Phoned early in the morning and reserved an item and the told me they would hold it for me. I told them I would be there at lunchtime to pick it up and some other items to buy as well. Walking in and asking for it and that I had a reserved item, I was told they just sold it to a Regular. Such poor service. Reserved means reserved. I won't be shopping there ever again. She smiled as she told me as well. So frustrating and a waste of my time!

The guy who works at the front is probably one of the most miserable people I have ever met. Been there many times and the customer service is terrible. Would not recommend, find another supplier.

I purchased 4 shut off valves on Friday afternoon, realized they wouldn't work for what I needed them for and wanted to return as I had no use for them. I called the following Monday morning to enquire about returning the product and was told no returns accepted. I was even willing to pay a restocking fee. I can understand if a long period of time went by, but this was 2 days. Unacceptable. Return policy was not verbally communicated at time of purchase, nothing was mentioned. While , it is noted on the reciept the customer should be warned prior to purchase.

I wanted to order simple ABS pipe and fittings. The gentleman on the phone told me he had not time to deal with me and had no time to price 12' ABS pipe. Very rude and unprofessional! I would give them no stars!
