I had outstanding service from a Bolton Home Depot employee yesterday and would like to share my experience. I bought 6 20 kg bags of water softener salt, and unasked, was assisted by Dom, a supervisor at the store. She not only picked up the bags for me and put them on a cart, but she escorted me to my car and put them in my trunk. I was amazed at the amount of help and time she gave me. It speaks highly of the customer service at the Bolton store and of Dom's contribution to that.
