This is a unicorn….this is a zero star for sure…!!!
I am extremely careful when I rate a place one star because it requires a gray deal of explanation of why this place doesn’t even deserve the courtesy of giving them a second star.
As you arrived to the place. The parking lot was flooded with water which made the experience as you get there just uncomfortable. as you walked in. You realize that the selection is very limited and unless you are in your lucky day, you won’t find nothing worth your trip there.
the service was cordial yet not very helpful specially, when I asked if my four year-old daughter could use the bathroom, the response was there is a Walmart around the corner where she can go to the bathroom. Who would says something like that? what kind of disconnection with reality would you have to be living in to Denied a four year old access to a bathroom. She ended up having to pee in the parking lot in the pool of water. Would I go back to this place? Absolutely not, would I recommend this place? Absolutely not do, I think this place will never be good, the silver lining here is that there is tons of room for improvement too bad that I won’t be seeing that.
Honestly, I will give a zero star, but I can’t , system won’t allow me.

Always has friendly helpful staff. A thrift store with reasonable prices too. Variety of items is great. Stop and check this place out if you can !

This place is amazing! FYI: Evolve is an independent thrift store whose proceeds go back into the Caledon community. So not only are you combatting fast fashion and saving money by thrifting, you are helping to give back to the community which is something I really appreciate.
Its new combined store (across the street from the old location) is much larger and open, with a modern feel. The change rooms are really spacious, and not just a curtain across a closet or a stall like I've seen in other thrift stores - you get a proper well lit room with huge mirror. The home goods selection is vast and the prices were shockingly low (real crystal wineglasses for only $2?!). The clothing section takes up the majority of the store, with $5 blouses, and nice office-wear blazers for $12. You can tell quality checks have been done with the goods- there are no gross stains or garbage and the brands carried range from your average mall retailer to higher end. I scored a gently used Danier leather jacket (which retails for ~$457) for $25!!! Thrifting here is incredibly rewarding and fun.
Most of all, I cannot praise the staff members here enough. Not only are they incredibly friendly and helpful but professional as well. I've witnessed instances of customers being rude and attempting to haggle the already low prices (despite CLEAR signage stating all prices are final, this isn't a flea market people) but the staff remained polite, calm, and accommodating.
Overall I would highly recommend this thrift store!

Liked the store better when furniture and housewares were across the street. I, along with many other people I know, miss the large furniture that they had. Hardly any tools or kitchen appliances any more. Seems like they are getting a lot less now.Was so.much easier to donate and shop in one location.

The quality of this thrif store has gone downhill since the recycle center closed! They have lots of clothes but pricey for used stuff! Walmart sells t-shirts brand new for $4 and the sell used ones for kids for$5 There is never any decent toys for children to select from. It's literally all junk, broken missing pieces! Not sure who chooses the item to put out there! And the sporting/outdoor equipment! Not like it used to be across the street. There was always tons of skates, balls, bats, sticks, gloves, everything! Now the few crazy expensive items they do have are so unrealistically priced! $75 for a used broken bicycle!!! It even had electrical tape on the handlebars! Just unreal how the think they can scam the community like this! Boycott!!! I feel extremely bad for the seniors in the town that visit to support the community but don't know better shopping is available elsewhere :(I wish I could attach photos I have for proof but there's no option on google review...

Could the volunteers keep the majority of the excellent items for themselves??? I found a pair of half-decent worn shoes at an exorbitant price (around $50+). I understand that things "go to the community," but they still have to pay the existing Town of Caledon employees. If you believe that contributing will help Caledon, not much has changed so far . Sell your items on online platforms rather than succumbing to the greed of goodwills, value villages, and now evolves. The online store is just laughable. Im sorry. I'll buy my Steve Madden Bag from Winners or Nordstrom Rack for half the price including tax LOL!
