Their truck nearly killed us On a 90 km he was parked in someone's laneway as were driving down the highway pulls out right in front of us I had 4 children in the vehicle with me and my husband young children he nearly caused a head on T bone accident

This place sucks!!! Two gentleman at the front are always extremely nice and helpful. However, there is one woman associate with blonde hair who always gives customers a very hard time. She is one of the most rudest, abrupt, stand offish and unprofessional associates I've ever interacted with at a Canada Post location. She is extremely unhelpful and always has a smirky stupid comment to add to any situation. Makes you feel like your bothering her for using their service! Canada Post Blenheim really needs to find more appropriate people to service their location, as an associate like this has no place working with customers who are trying to be nice and friendly to begin with. Perfect way to disgruntle already upset customers in the area. I will be calling Canada Post Head office to make a fantastic complaint about this. Canada Post is an already a terribly run business, but having "special" associates like these just adds the cherry on top. Will only give Canada Post the business in a no choice situation. Rather send out a glass bottle with a note inside and hope it finds it's way than go to Canada Post.

If I could give this post office zero stars, I would. Have been in there three times since I have moved to Blenheim. The staff are rude, abrupt and unhelpful. This particular occasion, I was asking about purchasing a box in comparison to what I currently had my parcel in and measurements and was repeatedly interrupted. The staff person wouldn’t take the time to address me and what I was needing and instead pointed to the wall of boxes, and then went to assist the next person in line. Horrible, horrible customer service. Go to Chatham. They’re a lot nicer and more helpful.

Love the people here, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As for the review concerning accessing your mail after hours, they do provide a after hours key, you just have to make the effort, go in and ask.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Many issues with this post office. Said my package was there on the 20th, went there the 22nd and nothing was there. Thanks Blenhiem post office for ruining someone’s Christmas gift.

Very helpful staff, friendly and warm. Lovely small town feeling, like they really care. Wish I lived in this area. I’d love it if this was my regular post office! Thanks so much for excellent service, and with big smiles!

These ladies are always so very helpful, the transactions are quick and easy, this is my preferred post office to send out going mail from.

One clerk who is always very short and often rude. Makes you feel like you are a inconvenience. Hours for picking up mail do not work with someone who works full time day hours. Need to make a way to access our mail after hours or at least on Saturday.

Canada Post doesn’t deliver.
The post office hours are 8:30 to 4:30.
You work for a living.
How the HELL are you supposed to get your mail?!?!?
This is the most absurd situation I’ve ever seen!
There should be a separate open entrance to the mail boxes!

Terrible service and bold faced lies from one lady behind the counter in particular. Someone mail her a different attitude but with Canada posts standards I doute it would be delivered.
