Some of the regular staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with. I was unfortunate to deal with the manager, Laurie, and was met with one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I feel bad for the regular staff if the person leading their team is so inept at her job, she makes a monkey with glasses look like Steve Jobs.Save yourself the trouble, got to Ren’s or literally anywhere else.

I absolutely adore this pet store, especially this particular location. It's amazing how they allow the cats to roam freely sometimes, to ensure they're comfortable and fearless when they find their forever homes.

Definitely one of the better Pet Valu’s I have been to! The enployees are always so friendly and they don’t try to haggle a sale out of you which I much prefer. They are also always well stocked! I always have happy campers when I come home from this Pet Valu!

Went in there for the first time...best customer service...great variety of dog food and other pet supplies...I was in there not knowing what to buy...I had the worker help me, she took her time and was very patient, and helped me maje the right purchase without me over spending on stuff that I didn't need...thanks again for the great customer service...keep up the great work.

I am writing this review for a third time, because pet valu keeps deleting my reviews. Pet Valu Binbrook is the most awful pet store. Not only are they incredibly over priced and offer a pathetic small selection of products including products that are super dangerous to pets such as the Flukers cricket quencher that can cause cancer or reptile heat rocks that are notorious for causing burns to your pet; the owners Brent and Tanya, along with the manager Lori and Dee are unprofessional abusive bullies. They constantly talk negatively about all the employees and customers. If you have shopped here chances are the mangers have gossiped about you. Ive heard it first hand. They have made several disgusting comments about individuals with mental health issues and are the most vile people I've ever met. Please do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. This place is toxic and gross.

Love that we have a local pet store that truly cares about animals and their needs. This store is great and is such an active member of the local community, supporting many local animal charities and rescues.

This Pet Valu is located off of RR 56 near hwy 65 (Binbrook Rd). I love that it's in a shopping plaza along with Freshco and other local stores. I can hit the Binbrook Gym then get my groceries and pet food/accessories all in one stop! The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Pride in ownership is evident here!

the employees are so kind and helpful and so welcoming when you walk into the store!! They have a wide selection of cat food which is great for me!
