As any potential customer we also read reviews of Thames Auto.
We had a couple vehicles of interest and test drove both twice.
We dealt with Ken and he was as forthcoming as he could possibility be. We discussed the vehicle itself and also some of the prior reviews submitted.
The sales experience and extended warranty discussions were very simple and transparent.
The vehicle was delivered fully detailed and with the added bonus of new custom sized winter mats thanks to Ken.
As is the case with any used vehicle purchase one hopes for the very best in reliability in ownership.
Ken went well above and beyond to do his best to ensure that the details were looked after for the vehicle and we did purchase the premium Lubrico warranty at a very reasonable price.
To this point we have only had the vehicle for a few weeks and we are very pleased thus far.
Ken makes himself available for any questions or concerns and returned all my calls and messages immediately.
I feel confident moving forward that I can reach out to him and Thames Auto for any future needs.

“When my car broke down, I was terrified about how limited my options would be for purchasing a replacement.
