Let’s start with the most important in these days and age, money. Not only their cost is competitive, my invoice was 17% less $$ then the other nearby companies offering the exact same service! Ain’t that a steal?
Next, quality of services, again, top notch! Cleanliness, they will do every effort possible, including bringing protective carpets for your floors, and tidying up at the end of the job, they left my crawlspace cleaner then before they arrived!
The efficiency of the team, Mike quoted me for a 3 day job, they were cleaned up, packed and gone after a few hours less than 2 day, who can beat this! They show up on time, take very little space around your driveway, and are extremely polite, they even apologized in advance for the noise!
Finally, their problem solving skills are fascinating! They realized after digging on the first day that they would not be able to dig the exit in the backyard because I have a deck. Next morning they showed up and created a work of art with some PVC piping to link the new sump pump to the existing one across the crawlspace, problem solved!

Not only did the team at Upper Canada save me grief from flooding for 3 yrs in the basement, but they were completely accommodating. I have been flood free for almost 4 yrs now. Today we found out the hose for the sump pump froze and Mike was quick to send some guys over with a pipe that is more for the weather.Thank you for helping this single mom and relieving so much stress.

When we bought our home in 2017, the previous owners left us documents stating we had a life of the building warranty. When we contacted the company, we were informed that it was a new owner and our warranty was now invalid. The new owner did come out strip down the drywall to the block foundation and at that point is when we were informed the warranty that was given was no good. Tried to reach out numerous times to get an idea what the cost would be but the new owner would not return any of our calls so we gave up. Good luck to anyone that had the work done by the previous owner because you'd be in the same boat as us. Pooched and out of luck

The owner Mike Cornell was very responsive and provided a clear overview of the work to be executed. The team that were on site were organized and extremely meticulous with keeping a clean work area. Highly recommend Upper Canada for basement waterproofing work.

Had the owner out to look at our basement. Honest and not out to make a buck...so to speak. Could have easily sold me work I didn't need and he didn't. He has my respect and I'll recommend him to anyone looking/needing work done.

Top notch company to work with, and one I refer my clients to. Mike, the owner, is responsive and gets back to you promptly if he doesn't catch your call. His crew arrives on time, they take care to ensure any dust or mess is contained, and they clean up the site at the end of the day. Very professional to interact with.
