My daughter went In there July 9th 2024 and bought a box 250 crickets just before 7pm we're an hour drive away and when we got home she'd be lucky if there was 75 to 100 crickets in the box not impressed at all

We have visited this place a few times out of convenience. The staff are quick to tell you how to care for pets but give advice that is not always accurate. They give off a very "you gotta do it this way or your wrong" vibe that is unwelcoming. We have given it a few attempts but the service is always the same. You also have to seek staff out. They don't care when there are customers in the store and will just keep going about tasks unless you interrupt to ask them for something. Their knowledge and customer service could definitely use a lot of improvement.

I got to take my gf there to buy a couple fish that I don't have to walk everyday and collect their poop like it was a lottery win everyday!

Awesome experience! We went in as new reptile owners looking for everything we would need and the lady working today was an absolute sweetheart, very knowledgeable about the products she was suggesting to us and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Everytime I come to this store the “manager” that works here, Tanya, is never pleasant and is never interested in interacting with customers. I never have good experiences when I do business here. Perhaps the owner needs to hire staff that want to be at work and want to help people fulfill their animal needs!

I really love this place. The staff are knowledgeable and very clearly care about animals and their well being. I mostly go for aquarium related reasons and their fish are always healthy and transition well into my tanks at home. The store also has a cat named Ayla who enjoys attention and a soft shelled turtle who is quite a character in his tank.And as if things couldn’t get any better, they also sell tropical plants which is another great reason to stop by.
