“Thank you the cashier whom assisted me this past evening while purchasing items for my child for Xmas while my child was with me. As a Mom who’s husband is away during the week sometimes I have to have my boy with me. I was able to fill one of the large bags in my cart so my child couldn’t see them the cashier assisted me with secretively cashing out while my child played on the toys outside the store in the mall. She also helped me purchase one of the items on sale at the counter. Truly this is why I continue to shop here. I always find what I need and I have never ever once had a bad experience. Thank you!”

“With a newborn on the way, my wife and I popped into Babies r Us in Belleville to look for a stroller. Given our typical experiences with bigger box stores, our expectations weren’t particularly high. HOWEVER, what we did receive was extremely friendly service, TOP notch advice, and wonderful tips/suggestions from Marilyn - a very knowledgable and bubbly csr. Her colleague Katrina also chimed in several times, doubling up on the kind, friendly service. At this point I assumed they must get commission…nope, they just love helping parents find the right gear for their kids (a seemingly uncommon quality these days). Now despite the store not having “the exact colour/style” we had our sights set on, after careful consideration, we returned to the store to make our purchase from this location, solely based on how great the service was. Once again, a problem arose. Another online retailer had a better price. I kindly requested a price match and was informed they don’t do price matches, but instead would do a refund if their price went on sale in the future. Consequently, they’re price did go on sale, and in the end, we got a great quality stroller, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The manager, Shane, was a pleasure to deal with, as was Angela, the baby dept manager. Rhonda, the csr who checked us out was very kind and patient in taking payment / having the stroller brought up for us…and finally, Aiden was a true pro, in insisting he carry the box out to my truck for me. From start to finish, the staff members at this location all treated my wife and I with kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm. And this was over multiple trips. I can’t say I’ve had such an experience in a very long time - especially from non-commissioned staff.If you’re a new parent looking to pick items for a baby registry, or just need some items for your infant / newborn, don’t just buy online. These folks are passionate about helping you select the products that are right for you and your family. We’ll be lifelong customers as a result of how they treated us. Thanks again folks!”
