When I needed to move my storage unit in a pinch, Storage Mart came through! It took only a couple minutes to reserve a unit online, they held the unit at no cost for about 5 days. I got an online promotion of 1 month free which helped me BIG TIME right around Christmas!! The lady on the phone was beyond nice and reassuring. When I went in to take my things there the gentleman that helped me met professionalism and friendly so beautifully. Storage Mart is a well kept, clean and tidy facility and I feel great about keeping my stuff there. I am so glad I went with them! 5 stars!!

Great service. I visited one day and did a deep inquiry about the site and services. Toni explained clearly and answered my questions with patience. I am happy to park my travel trailer here and do recommend you if you are looking for storage.

They are the only location with great price. We storage our car for 3 months because we went for vacation and when we came back our car still nice and safe. They are easy to contact and very responsive. Thank you for your great customer service Toni & Steve.

StorageMart had space at an affordable price in the neighborhood of our new Belleville home that simplified the move from a larger place. Reasonably secure, clean and well-maintained. And the staff were very helpful when time came to reducing the rented space. A nice experience overall.

I had difficulty finding a locker that was large enough to move my house into until my new house was ready. It is a very frustrating time when your moves dont coincidence. I was so lucky to find StorageMart as they were so friendly and helpful by providing me with two LARGE lockers, back to back and for the amount of time needed before my new house was ready.They walked me to the lockers and showed me how to use their state of the art security gates with ease, so I can come after hours when they are closed. I felt my stuff was safe and secure in their hands.In addition to exceptional service, they found me a great deal. They gave me two months free, one for each locker at the beginning of my rental. That certainly took a big burden off my shoulders.Also they had moving supplies like specialized boxes and paper which I could buy and use for packing my fragile items.I absolutely would recommend this facility to anyone needing a secure storage solution with familiar friendly faces. They would even call me each month to help with payments allowing me to let them know which card to use so I didn't have to use their website for making payments.Thank you to all the friendly staff at StorageMart! Keep up the amazing work!!
