“This place is amazing. I haven't often been in here because the plaza isn't always on my pathway home but it is definitely worth going out of your way for! The selection of products is pretty good and the staff in here are exceptional. Very friendly and ready to help you out if you have any questions, I had someone on my most recent visit who was able to discuss a variety if cat treats with me and help me narrow down a selection that my furbaby might enjoy. I will definitely be making an effort to come here more often.”
“I have been shopping at Global Pet Foods for many years but just recently started going to the Belleville store because I happened to be in the area. I can honestly say the customer service is definitely some of the best I have ever received in all of my retail shopping experiences. It happened to be the same lady each time I have been in and she is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about my critters. “Friendly staff. I purchased 14 fish from them 4 weeks ago and they are healthy and growing in their quarantine tank. Absolutely no sign of any issues. The store is relatively clean compared to othe LFS. They have a pretty large variety of supplies as well. I've been twice now and both trips were worth the drive.”
