I am not sure what the deal is with this store. I have been buying hair products and accessories for my daughters from them for a while now. Today I went in with my daughters and was turned away. One of the staff claimed that they do not sell to the public despite my previous purchases at the store. They told me to goto the sister store around the corner, witch I did, but they did not have the same products.They have no signage stating they do not sell to the public, so what is the deal?

Can find most professional hair product/colour brands here. Require licence to shop. Earned the right to shop here! Love that policy. Very kind and helpful staff. Continuing education classes offered.
