If I could give zero stars I would.My elderly parents have used Dave the last 3 years and everything was fine.They always request him to email me the returns to review BEFORE submitting.This year Dave decided he would put all their investment income on just one return (which is illegal) and submitted the returns before I approved them.I sent him an email asking him to correctly split the income per the T3's/T5's and instead he kept all the income on one and split the management fees but entered the incorrect amounts.When I reached out again to let him know the returns were still incorrect he refused to fix them and said he didn't have time to do them right and wanted my mother to come pick up the paperwork.I am now left to find someone to fix his mistakes.I am not sure if he is merely incompetent and unaware of CRA rules or if he prefers to deliberately break them and hope his clients don't know any better and don't get caught.Either way, he should be avoided.
