I went to the store with my girlfriend for the first time. I found a great deal on nespresso coffee machine, hdmi cables, etc. I was hesitate that the product wouldn't work but was ensure I can return the product if it doesn't work. The staff was nice, fair prices I would recommend to family and friends.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! If I can give this place a zero I would!! I ordered an item online, I received a confirmation email that my order went through and they deducted the amount from my visa. The next day I got an email stating they are out of stock and that I should receive a refund within 2 weeks. I didn’t receive it a refund and I contacted them multiple times, through email and phone. No one has responded back! They are very quick to take money from you but don’t return it back!!! Very disappointed

Needed a replacement control board for my ALU. Staff was very helpful through store chat and email. Got the board in and machine works as new.Talking to Atgames support was a pain and was going to convert the machine entirely until an Etsy seller recommended you guys.Shipping was also very fast.

Buyer beware.. I bought a treadmill here that stopped working after three months. I was under the impression their was a warranty still since the treadmill was “new” but supposedly the warranty gets voided by the manufacturer to since the buystuff store is not a recognized retailer. Im down a healthy $700 now

I had great service from Mario who took the time on the phone with me to help diagnose a problem I was having with my AtGames Legends arcade machine. He was super patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The world would be a much better place if all service and repair people were like this.I ordered the replacement part (a circuit board) and replaced it easily. I appreciated some of the tips that Mario provided. The part arrived quickly.My only small recommendation would be to ship boards in proper anti-electrostatic bags to protect them from ESD. Shipping in foam isn’t great because foam can build up a lot of static. Otherwise everything was perfect! I appreciated the assistance, professionalism, and speed.I will definitely buy from here again.

Would give a much higher rating if they would consistently wear masks instead of pulling them off while people are in the store, like one guy was doing. Saw this before the last shutdown and it was offputting. Nice folks. Good stuff and good deals...but wear your mask.
