Sooo you can't call the actual store...you can email and hopefully they get back to you...it's a 1800 # so you can't talk to someone at the location you make the purchase...ridiculous.

Love the SHARP XLBH250 system...The sound is great...Remote somewhat complicated until you get more familiar...Highly recommend...
