I bought a new phone yesterday, and it was not set up properly, so I came in here for help. Cody and Damien were very glad to help me out. I thank you guys so much. I don't know too much about phones or computers, but u can always count on Best Buy to help.

Went in Best Buy Mobile as I was having issues with dropped cell calls with my current provider.
Hunter promptly greeted me and gave me a variety of options. I chose the one he suggested and so far, couldn’t be happier. No issues, and much better cell reception. As an added bonus, this plan is roughly half the price of what I was paying!

Story time. So I have a Samsung A50 that doesn't like to charge. My plan was to buy a wireless charging dock. I get told by The Source that my A50 was the last Gen to NOT HAVE wireless charging, so I need a new phone, new plan, etc. ? No. NoNo. NOOOO!!So I pop into Best Buy and the guys plug in my phone and it starts charging immediately so I thought "Maybe I just need a new cable?" These guys sell me a cable but tell me "It's dusty in there, take it to Mobile Klinik and they will clean it out for you." So I do, and after pulling a "full rabbit warren worth of dust bunnies ?" out of the ports NOW it FAST charges.So these 2 guys at Best Buy got me from A. The Source "You need brand new stuff!" to B. You might need a new cable but probably just need a cleaning.So I went from planning to buy a charging dock, to avoiding a new phone and plan, to getting a FREE cleaning to solve all issues!Kudos and mad respect to Charlie and Tyler. These 2 guys saved me a lot of expense when money is tight. I'll remember to return the favor and upgrade through Best Buy in the future, but in the meantime I'm rocking this A50 until the charging port FALLS OUT!Thanks again for the advice and tips Charlie and Tyler, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐my boys ???

What a poorly run outfit this is. I tried to buy a cell phone before Christmas and it was horrible service .went to Bell and got my phone next door in 15min.. New year I get a case from best buy but once again they don't want my money I guess.So I had to write an edit it's May now and I had to go in there the other day. The one employee was actually really helpful with my daughters purchase and I was surprised she answered all my questions and helped.

I went in to buy a charger block and the service was awful. Treated me like I was stupid for not knowing the wattage of my new phone? If you want rude immature customer service this is the place for you. They get one star because they had the item…..

Yesterday, tried calling multiple times to get no answer; I get there a hour later ( I had to drive in from out of town) store is dead and three employees are present. Picked up my phone, I was offered no help to set it up, no questions if I needed anything for it, basically was given my and they went about their social activities. Walked over to Telus where a very helpful gentleman helped me out greatly.
