Lacking in customer service. Rude on the phone, expecting us to do all our homework before booking an appointment to be allowed in store. Then just hung up. Really???????

Today I got turned away from my scheduled appointment at the Bathworks Belleville showroom because I had my four week old son with me - strapped into a baby carrier on my chest. Due to Covid-19, they would not allow my newborn son to accompany me inside the showroom. This was not at all communicated prior to making the 1.5 hour drive to the showroom for my appointment.We are having our house rebuilt due to a house fire that happened in March. Through all of the appointments we have had so far for flooring, kitchen etc. all other businesses have been so understanding and accommodating when welcoming us to their establishment.Bringing my newborn with me to appointments, grocery shopping etc, isn’t for fun, it’s because it is a necessity.I am very disappointed with my first (and certainly my last) experience with Bathworks.

Couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Wayne. Our water heater broke under warranty. It was a special order item not stocked by the US manufacturer. Wayne expedited a replacement, coordinated with the plumber for the replacement and worked with the manufacturer to get our refund which was delayed because of the Covid crisis. Thanks to Wayne and Roblin plumbing we were without hot water for a very short time.

If I could give less stars i could. Absolutely terrible customer customer service from manager Wayne. No ownership for mistakes on our order. Continued to say it was not only their fault. We had two major mistakes. They did return our tub surround which I can give credit for but it was after much argument. They also made a mistake in our fixture order, which luckily I am handy enough and found a solution for after more terrible customer service. We thought that by ordering top end items from a bath store we would have no issues. Next time I'll stick with lowes or home depot.

Not as good of selection as I expected.
