My son is a 17 year old, lives 8 miles away, who, on JULY 6,7 and 12th successfully bought products underage. I'll take responsibility for my son's actions as a disappointed parent, but ask for establishment's help in asking for ID. Picture ID, like LCBO would. He said they don't ask.My rating reflects this, not actual product or service in store.As an add on..it was a digital, doctored OHIP photo card with picture. A friend of his did it for him. I understand this is acceptable form of ID, however I was under impression an actual physical card had to be presented. And it was him who purchased.

Their hours are 9-10 and they are NEVER open on time people always wait in the driveway for them to be minimum 15min late to open the store in the morning. Change your hours to 10am if you can’t commit to your own business hours, so unprofessional I can’t believe they have their liquor license with service like that

Tonight the girl charged me twice. She tried to deny she charged me twice even after looking at my bank account. After a half hour of showing her my bank account and her talking to my bank. She told me to come back in three days for my money. I took another case of beer for the money she wouldn't give me back. She called the police. I called the police as well. I will never go to this store again. They suck! Their debit machine sucks. keep an eye on the girl, she is incompetent. This same girl tried to overcharge $10 on a bottle of wine in the past. I had to walk her over to the price tag on the shelf, it was still an issue.

The people there are rude, barely speak English, and never have any non-liquor or junk food related items. The one word I could use to describe it, is useless . . .it takes up space. That's about it.

I walk up to this store 5-6 times a week and love doing so! The people, while a tad shy, are so polite and always greet me with a smile and respect. I think they a food selection of liquor and beer for those who drink and a good selection of snack and I respect how they check age verification on those who look like they might not meet the age requirements. I will continue to be a customer of theirs for as long as I possibly can.

Not a bad spot if you don't want to wait in LCBO lines, usually no one there.Decent selection. Not the friendliest staff, but hey, what'a ya gonna do?
