This is a very friendly small town bank.There are two ATMs and usually one or two tellers working. Loans, line of credit or mutual fund accounts are easy to set up, when you make an appointment with an advisor.

I am a paying TD customer but they wouldnt even let me use the rest room. I had to go so bad I was in pain. So much for banking in comfort

Super friendly staff. They take time and have a lot of patience explaining things to the elderly and ability challenged.

I took a certified cheque to deposit into an accountThe manager stated it would take ,5 business day to be deposited.It was from a Canadian bank, I asked why and the answer absolutely floored me I quote,",it could be a fraudulent cheque"She then said she would release $5000.So I find this somewhat contradictory .I was assured the funds would be available at 9;00 nov7 well that proved to be not true. I am at the point of not trusting TD with my financial needs

We were just talking with a T D Bank employee about lines of credit etc. Today July 27th, 2022 and we had a great conversation with her and totally understood what she was communicating to us. Totally professional and personable thank you very much.

terrible customer service. all I wanted to do was cash my cheques. which I have done numerous times in the past. some lady with dark brown hair stepped in (must of been a manager) she said she could not cash my cheques. she said there is no way it has happened before. then got Lippy with her co worker stating that her Co worker told her the wrong story. no professionalism from the manager. then she had the audicity to ask what my problem was and why I was frustrated. I took my cheuqes and left. I'll go to my home branch in newmarket where they are much more professional. for the record, the teller was great. the manager needs to have a lesson in customer service.

Went in to open a new account an was told I needed an appointed so I walked what a joke I understand little town but needing an appointment totally unacceptable lazy workers
