My family has been doing business with Ben's Pharmacy since we all moved into town 2003. After 21 years customer, I was just asked to leave as i was being accused of theft by some Indian girl behind the counter, demanding answers from me, what I needed or want, as I'm simply re-filling suppliments and listed off about 20 accurate suppliments names that I take... she still asked me to leave. Take from my experience, keep your dignity and don't let it happen to you, too.

Friendly and professional. But pharmacy is always super busy. Best to call before picking up your prescription. 5 stars for the smallish town type feel and great seasonal displays. Therr is a lot of parking to the rear of the store as main street is busy.

I have used Ben's pharmacy for many years. The pharmacy in Beaverton is a lovely store with gift items as well as pharmacy needs. Ben always goes beyond the call if he is able to assist in his customers' needs.

Still have not updated the fax number on the website so when your doctor faxes something they don’t get it then they look at you like you have 3 heads the lady’s behind the counter at pharmacy are as rude an ignorant as can be the only good person is Ben himself I suggest whole heartedly going to IDA way more friendlier don’t treat you like you gum on the bottom of their shoe I’m sure if Ben knew how they acted when he wasn’t around they wouldn’t have a job

Excellent and friendly service. Knowledgeable and informative pharmacist. One of the managers Cheryl even stopped at another Ben’s location to get an important out of stock item for us on her way home, so we could pick it up in Beaverton the next morning. If that’s not fantastic service, I don’t know what is. Customer for life.
