Went to gas up and get a car wash put the code in for car wash went inside and car wash did not come on going forward and backward trying to get this thing to go then finally call the emergency number that was posted on the wall of the car wash and no one answered We called three times. Finally, somebody answered and a woman said she would send somebody out to open the doors because we were stuck inside. We had no way to get out sat there for another 10 minutes. It was extremely hot inside by the time someone finally came and opened up the door it was well over 20 minutes needless to say I was livid such poor customer service. I went inside the gas bar, and the woman was trying to blame me saying I didn’t know how to use it. They were rude irresponsible and no people skills could barely understand what they were saying anyway I will never go back there and I would never recommend anybody to use that car wash

I’ll echo another review. You know when every other gas station runs out of 87 and 91 gas, they lower the price of 93 to that of 87. Apparently the attendant isn’t able to override or anything- supposedly. But hey- it’s your business- right?

Went to gas my truck up as always, and the weather is terrible and all of the receptacles for the squeegee were bone dry I went inside and complained to the jerk who was working behind the counter and asked him to fill up the reservoir so I could wash my windshieldI’m One that has some in an island on the other side of the pumps and I said I’m not walking over to where you’re telling me put some washer fluid in the reservoirs where I’m gassing up he just walked into the store and stood behind the counter and didn’t do anything. It’s bad enough that we’re getting killed by the price of fuel when they can’t even offer you the basic customer service of putting washer fluid in the squeegee reservoirs Shell Canada is gonna be getting a phone call from me and I’m gonna follow up to make sure that they get this stuff rectified, and that guy gets reprimanded properly

you know when every other gas station runs out of regular gas you know what they do they lower the price of the other two gases to the regular. I will never come here again you are too disrespectful to your customers.

Get diesel here all the time. Decent for big trucks as they have the semi-pumps on the lot as well. I go to the regular pumps with an f550 box truck and a trailer normally. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

This place has consistently gone downhill since the change in ownership some time ago. I have personally witnessed the East Indian employees sleeping, ignoring customers to talk to family back home on FaceTime, and yell at white employees to do what they were supposed to be doing (while talking to family on the phone). If I didn’t have to go to this gas station for propane I would never return. This place has been a fixture in Beamsville for decades, and what’s become of it is shameful.

Came here and tried to buy something that was on sale. The lady behind the counter couldn’t figure out what product was included in the promotion or get the price for the promotion to work even after I informed her exactly what product was included in the promo. Spend a few minutes trying to help her figure it out before leaving due to the line of customers increasing. Someone last week helped me with the same promotion and there was no issue.
