I recently had an experience at Rexall that was less than satisfactory.The team members seemed to have their off moments, where attentiveness to customer needs appeared to be lacking.I was informed that I would receive a call once my prescription was ready for pickup; however, that call never came. Upon returning to the store, there was initial confusion as it was claimed that my prescription was not left there. Thankfully, after expressing my concerns more assertively, the prescription was located. This situation highlighted a need for improvement in their customer service approach.I believe Rexall has the potential to offer better service, and I hope to see positive changes in the future.

The pharmacy is horrible. The drive thru is always closed and the staff are rude and confused.

Any review stating that this pharmacy is efficient and timely is likely from their staff. When they aren't busy, one stands waiting without acknowledgement, and when they are busy... everyone in line just stares at one another not understanding why things are taking so long and what on earth the staff is struggling with. It sad to say but, this pharmacy has time and time again proven that they are disorganized and incompetent. This has been my experience as a former customer and my doctors office has also stated to me that they have never experienced such issues when dealing with a pharmacy. The store staff are great. The pharmacy is the pits.

Fast and friendly service. Clean and well organized. A bit pricey, but they do have some good sales. I love their Be Well Points Card. The card points add up pretty quickly.

Very frustrated with the pharmacy. Prescriptions not ready when they are supposed to be. Arrived around 6:00 pm to wait 20-25 min for a script that I dropped off at 2:30 pm. This has happened more than once.Also, there is a lack of communication amongst pharmacy staff.

The pharmacist was one of the nicest people I've met. He was very busy at the time, but stopped to explain everything on my prescription. Very calm and professional.

This pharmacy was quick, efficient and kind when I need to fill a prescription. With this process being new to me (instead of going to the doctor) I was able to speak to someone and get medicine into my hand in a timely manner. The pharmacist was professional, informed, thorough and polite. Thanks for making this new system available for citizens and for getting me the medicine I needed. I would recommend this Rexall!

Constantly out of stock on the items I order but they do not update the out of stock item on the app. So I end up waiting to get half of what I needed or just canceling the order all together resulting in a waste of time. Do better.

Waited 5 minutes for an employee to come to the checkouts. Only to find out they are charging 40% more than other retailers for infant Tylenol. Shame.

Today, I was greeted by an angel. I stopped into Rexall, to check my blood pressure. I had a couple questions, so I asked for the pharmacist. Unbeknownst to me, I would be greeted with the kindest human, I could have the pleasure of meeting. I struggle with my mental health, and I have never been more validated, in my adult life. Marica, I hope you get to see this today. You asked me to do some homework, so for my first journal entry, today I am grateful for YOU. Thank you for treating me with such compassion, for taking time out of your day to actually hear me, to validate my concerns and turn my whole day around. Today, I appreciate YOU. Rexall, you should be extremely grateful to have this incredible human being as part of your team. Not all hero’s wear capes.

Went in to pick up prescription after approx an hour from being submitted. Was told the Fax was down. They suggested I come back and they woild call when available. No call after 5 hours. I called back and was told it was ready.

Family will all go to shoppers after a couple of long term employees retire.Always ignorant and rude young girls there.Medication with no label,never ready on time etc.I tell you, alot of people leave because of those rude young girls you hire.They even close the store early sometimes.(beamsville)On to shoppers we go!
