Went in for a last minute appointment oil change as most dealers in the area could not accommodate. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable from timelines to products used. They took great care of the concerns I had regarding fluid top ups to hinge lubricating. Booked a future detailing appointment based on my vehicles condition. I appreciate the honesty especially in the car service industry as this is hard to come by. Great experience!

Cindy, JP and the whole group have been wonderful and honest. We have had three cars in now for repair. Cost is always a concern when it come to the unknown of a broken car. But I don't think pricing has been outrageous compared to others. And honesty is a major factor on who make as your regular mechanic. They don't do unnecessary work just to cash in! In fact I asked for something I thought might be needed and was told it's fine.And JP is very thorough on what's a must now and what can wait during inspections or that on your next service you should consider it.

I had their gold detailing package done to my vehicle. As a mom of two plus a dog, my car is often a disaster and drop zone between activities and outings. They even drove me into town to shop and hang out while completing the service. My 2018 vehicle literally looks brand new! And the package was very reasonably priced. Friendly staff and great service, thanks guys.

From booking the appointment, discussing the options, arranging for transport, the staff provided informative and precise descriptions of options and costs. When finished, the car gleamed inside and out. I would highly recommend treating your car to a spa day at Lincoln Motors.

I recently had my car serviced at Lincoln Township Motors. They changed the oil, installed new brake pads, and performed a wheel alignment. I was thoroughly impressed with their quick and professional service.Overall, my experience with them was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services.

Stellar service! When my car started stalling, they fit me in to diagnose. Sadly my 2019 Kona fell victim to a known Hyundai engine issue and needed a new engine. The mechanic called me himself to explain it. They sourced out a used engine for me and got me back rolling again. 100% professional service team. The icing on the cake was when I picked up my car and it had been detailed! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I recently had work done on my truck. The tech that did the original work was very good at his general inspection over and above what was to be done that he found other questionable things that should be done and informed me first to get the okay to do them. I would highly recommend them for any service work to be done on any vehicles.

We bought a car from this place only to find out the engine had been replaced with one from an older model which had been scrapped, when we contacted them the owner said there was nothing he could do and I was out of luck !! Friendly family business I don’t think so ! And as expected they denied everything even my phone calls to them after this review. This cost my family over $6000 in repairs done by Range Rover in Oakville who told me they had never seen anything like it . Beware of this dealership very shady business with zero customer support!!

What an amazing experience from start to finish! Jack was incredibly helpful and we are so glad we had the opportunity to meet him, quick to return emails, very knowledgeable and hands on! Fell in love with a beautiful cr v and drove it home yesterday! 10/10 would recommend!

I recently started going to Lincoln Township Motors, after I’ve had a series of untrustworthy experiences with other dealerships and mechanics. Lincoln’s staff is always helpful and they treat me respectfully, despite my lack of car knowledge. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of or worry about trusting them. I ran into car trouble and experienced horrible customer service with my current dealership, that I decided to buy my first car from Lincoln Township Motors. I just got my Lincoln MKC today and couldn’t wait to post a review because the entire process was easy. I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you to everyone that helped with my old car and helped in getting me my new one: Cindy (and the mechanic staff), Lou, Dameion, John, Jack and Ken. You guys made my stressful 2 weeks so much better!! Lincoln Township Motors is the only place I’ll take my car to moving forward!!!!!
