The guy threw $50 worth of craft beer in a box aggressively and insisted they’d be fine after we called him out for it. Not happy about that at all. Will be back to complain if all my beer is flat

I purchased 4 bottles of wine and some beer. One bottle of wine was scanned twice. I didn't notice until I got home. I'm out $17. I'll try a different outlet next time. There's one in Grimsby.

Located in Niagara region, but only 2 local craft beers and no local craft cider kept in their refrigerator section. Staff were rude when we asked about local cider; told us there was Sommersby (not local) kept cold. The LCBO should do better to promote local. On the plus side, the cashier was extremely pleasant. That’s the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.

Selection of craft beer and coolers has gone downhill over the years. Could also use a bigger location...the town has grown a lot and the parking lot is no longer big enough during busy times.

Worst "manager" I've ever seen. She stands around and does nothing while there's a till closed and a lineup at 10+ people for 15 minutes. Horrible customer service when customers asked what she was doing nothing but attitude came out of her mouth she does not act like a Manager in any regard.

Very small but does the trick. If you want something fancy, don't come here. It has a very small variety and only has 2 coolers so the options of chilled drinks are at a minimum. If you're looking for run of the mill products you're good. I'd hate to see this place on a long weekend, it would be packed with 10 people on it. However, the staff are friendly so it balances out.

I went 15 mins before close on a Friday night. I tried going to the beer store next door, but they close an hour earlier. Being from out of country I was unsure what would be available. Note that they have 12/6 packs of beer as well as liquor. The cashier guy was so friendly and made the experience welcoming. I recommend!

On July 15, 2023, at 2:30 pm, one of the cashiers (a tall Caucasian woman with long hair) was extremely rude and discriminated against individuals of color. Prior to serving me, while attending to the customer in front of me, she asked if I had my ID, and I indeed had it, but my wife had simply forgotten hers at home. It's worth noting that she did not ask for ID from anyone else before or after us. Then, throughout the conversation, she proceeded to use insults and a condescending tone.Disheartened by the experience, my wife and I decided to drive 15 minutes to the next LCBO, where we received much better customer service and weren't asked for our IDs at all. It appears that there is one bad apple at this particular location who does not seem to enjoy her job and displays discrimination against minorities.

Wow, whoever was working the cash this afternoon was absolutely ignorant. If you're that unhappy you should find another cashier job somewhere else.
