The new app has its positive points but there are things we don’t like. I know there is a learning curve but some aspects are annoying. Having to go to the guide and scroll for channels instead of inputting the channel number takes longer and when accessing information about shows it doesn’t say if it’s a new one or repeat. It takes 4 steps to delete a show. Also one of our TVs shuts off after 4 hours. Didn’t do that before the change. On the positive, the technician was very good. And the recording capacity is much better the the PVR we were renting

Love the products and service, especially the treat of speaking with a person when calling with inquiries. Service technicians are courteous and efficient. Job well done!!Only concern of note is with the company that installed the fiber cable to the house for TCC....still have not repaired the significant lawn damage, 6 months after the installation.

Service was prompt and staff were very friendly and helpful as I asked questions regarding this technology. Very pleasant young man came to do upgrade. Showed patience as he answered our questions. Sure has changed since our first black and white tv! It will take a bit to get familiar with this new technology but we are working at it. There are features from the former system that we liked that are missing from the upgrade but I guess you can't have both.

Not impressed with forced changes. The guide is too small to read from across the room. Sound levels vary even when using the actual TCC app. There is no info available when choosing something to watch. There is also no series or episode number until you choose a channel and it may not be the one you want and then have to exit out again. Don't like the whole set up. You should have left well enough alone and only make new customers make the change, not existing ones.

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't , we went away for 2 days , came back , and the TCC app will not work , we are currently watching Tubi as this is all that's available, the writing on the screen " guide " is to small to read , the fire stick remotes are complicated , you only have 5 hours of recording , my wife works shifts , so if she has a recording coming up it deletes the others , the only good thing you have going for you is the installer , April , bring back the old system , we will be looking for a new provider , our neighbour's aren't happy either , we would appreciate someone coming to figure this out. Also pauses a lot, skips ??

I am adjusting to my new "mandatory" TTCTV.Installation and set up was excellent. But I find using the app and getting used to my firestick a little challenging at times.Sometimes when I try to select a program it goes to a search screen instead. And one night I could not access weather network at all and was the same next morning until 8:35 am when I was going to call in and suddenly it was fixed. And on my firestick tv remote I miss having numbers to just punch in the channel you want.
