I find Winners a hit and miss and have often found their prices to be higher than at the brands outlet stores. The way their apparel is arranged in the store is not convenient to sort through. I visit occasionally to buy specific items.

Horrible location, if they had any customer service it would be terrible. Refuse to accept back an item, purchased one week ago. Price tag still on it. Receipt provided. Say it requires some red clip. I went to Bayfield location, full refund, no questions asked. Ridiculous.

This Winners location is fabulous! It is located right in park place with ample parking spaces that aren't a mile away from the storefront. Inside the store is pretty large so they always have lots of great selection on clothes, jewelery, accessories, shoes and home items. The staff here are also usually very friendly if you need any assistance while shopping.

I would like to leave a complaint regarding the customer service I received today at the park place location. The manager was really rude and disrespectful when I was trying to get a refund. Apparently it’s an automated process now where you don’t have to tap your card anymore, it just goes back onto your card. The cashier was a little confused as well by this and when she brought the manager over, she was very dismissive and said, “I don’t know what to tell you, it went back onto your card number that ends in 6885”. I was confused by this because I don’t have any card numbers that end in 6885, but she insisted that that’s my card number and there’s nothing she can do. I checked all my cards and there was no refund so I was of course concerned. I later found out when I left the store that it wasn’t the card number she was looking at but the transaction number. She’s the manager and yet doesn’t know that the transaction number and card number is not the same thing. The manager didn’t even apologize for the misunderstanding and just rudely left. The only person that seemed sympathetic was the cashier. It was overall a very unpleasant experience. I didn’t grab the managers name but this experience occurred on May 27 at 17:05.
