Great friendly people! Out on a road trip with my wife, 3 boys and 2 dogs. Brakes ceased up. Wessam was able to take us in immediately, let us use their backyard for the kids and dogs and didn't gouge us for the emergency work. Would reccomend anytime! Thanks Wessam Auto greatly appreciated

I was on a 2 hour trip when my parking brake sensor started going on and off. I pulled into Wessam Auto Repair. I was tended to immediately. Martin diagnosed the issue right away. 3 highlights were that it was no charge, he answered all my questions without being treated different because I was female and lastly, the sensor never came back on for the rest of the tripService: Brake service & repair

Rude and incompetent. I kept using him cause he’s convenient but I’ve been dissatisfied on numerous occasions. The most recent was when I brought my car in because the power steering had seized. I told Wessam specifically that it was leaking and that I’d already tried to fill it with steering fluid and that, that didn't work.
He put it on the hoist, added steering fluid and charged me $59.55 for labour and fluid and sent me home with it. It worked for literally 5 minutes. I returned the car and asked that he fix it for real and to not charge me for 1/2 hour labour that he’d already charged me for. He was rude and bullying. I ended up paying for labour a second time, the part, (which is fine) and a second dose of steering fluid to the tune of 500 bucks.
This is how he treats a customer that has been going to him for around 15 years. He doesn’t deserve your business if you are a new customer and looking for a nice mechanic. Also, as a side note, I think he treats female clients worse than male.
