Lots of messy shelves, damaged stock and worst of all there are some very rude employees, I popped in just to check the stock on some hot wheels, there were not any I wanted and I left in a hurry to catch my bus and was followed out of the store (most likely profiled) and a worker stopped me to ask to search my grocery bag and then asked if I had a receipt when the bag was very clearly from Zehrs, did not have much time to dispute but the worker was very rude and insistent on thinking is stole something. Very unprofessional, also they were in a black dress shirt so I'm assuming they were in a supervisor or manager position. Unacceptable being stopped to waste my time and be questioned over stealing like $8 worth of toy cars I collect.

Sitting in pick up waiting for my small grocery order and suddenly it said it was picked up. And me and another car parked no where near me were the only two cars there. This Walmart has scam artist working in the back.

Workers standing around chatting, checkout lines backed up but only two registers open. Ask employees for help and they don’t know where stuffs located.

There was an employee working in the produce area that smelled so bad that I honestly thought that I would vomit. Walmart management owes it to the customers, employees, and especially to the employee who has the problem to take them aside and kindly, with compassion, explain proper hygiene .

Such a rude staff, wanted to check out for beer and it was 9:56pm and manager denied to do checkout even it was 4 minutes before closing. It was august 25, 2024. Basically customer can checkout beer before 11 as per Ontario rule and walmart close at 10:00 pm. Mean’s wallmart must allow to purchase beer or any item before 10:00 pm. This is not good experience with this walmart. And this is my last visit in walmart. Also I will inform about this incident in my peer about weird behaviour of shift manager and staff.

The recent changes throughout the store are not the most logical. Aisles are smaller, shelves are often empty of products, and lots of fruit flies hiding in the produce. Often overcrowded and never enough checkouts open.

Worst place. Very poor customer service. Especially on the electronics section. They won't allow to try even the mobile cases. They saw I'm opening the box but didn't informed us that their company policy doesn't allowed to try items. But when i keep it back they pressured me to pay for it. Just worst customer service, from the electronics section. I prefer to hire whites who cares the customers.
