Dirty, unorganized store. Never have items or they look of questionable quality discoloration, mold damaged packaging. I cringe when I go here...which is rarely.

Very packed and dis organized, very messy and employees ignoring customers. When I went down ile 6 in groceries where the soft cat food is it smells so bad... like so so bad.

It’s impossible to reach this store via phone, they leave you on hold for 30-45 minutes. If you want to know something it’s better off going in as 3 out of there 5 phone options are dead phone lines that never answer and the other departments never seem to want to answer their phones.

I haven't stepped foot in any Walmart since early 2020. I have not felt comfortable shopping at huge stores ever since the pandemic started. Lately, I am more comfortable being in larger spaces. Baby steps, of course! On Saturday, I was out and about for four hours. I needed the find a washroom, as I had downed a number of beverages since I had left the house. On my way to the Barrie Ribfest, I spotted this Walmart across the street and decided to stop by. There are plenty of parking spots. The downside is that some drivers are nuts. One guy was oblivious backing out and doing a circle in the parking lot. Another guy decided to park across all four handicap parking spots. Why?! I got a parking spot fairly close to the main entrance. I then walked in. It felt both weird and familiar being at a Walmart again. This one is set up the way that you'd expect a Walmart to be. The washrooms were right at the front. I was so happy. The women's washroom was clean. I did not buy anything. I needed lunch! I was pleased seeing Sistema items when I first walked into the store. The aisles looked wide and bright. There was a greeter by the automatic doors. He didn't say a word. I'm not sure if greeters are supposed to be silent these days. I'll need to return to Barrie for more than an hour! I had ribs on my mind, so it was a bonus stop here. I'll definitely come back and check things out more thoroughly. (322)

I ordered a photo book, it came when it was supposed too and it was perfect. It was better than expected. The photo books are a great way to save and have a way to look back at your trips and time with friends and family. You can use the photos from your saved Google photos or from your photo gallery from the device you are using. It gives you a choices of what photos you want to use. You also can basic edit your photos and place them on the pages how you want them in any order you choose. It is much better than a regular photo album and you can use as many photos as you want. They are also good prices and there's lots of other things you can make using your pictures. I recommend this site for saving your pictures and having them printed.

I have been trying to correct an error that the Walmart Pharmacy made last fall, sending the renewal request to my doctor instead of my specialist. I would call and have to explain the error but could not get it fixed. I had tried 4 times to get this fixed. I called again March 15 to try and fix the error but found out that the medication was on back order, had asked twice when the product would be in, could not get an answer, called back the next Tuesday, I advised them that I need the medicine because my throat closes without it, was told to call the specialist, called back to the pharmacy when no one called about the order being filled only to finally be told that the product was on backorder until June, that I should call the specialist again or maybe my doctor, I was now down to one day of medicine, my throat closes and I cannot swallow, I was panicking because I could not get in touch with my doctors and the pharmacy did not seem to care, I said if I had been told on the previous Friday the backorder date I could have been working on getting a new medication from my doctor. I called another pharmacy and found they had some medication, they contacted Walmart and are moving my medications over to their business. This was a terrible experience. A big disappointment for someone who has been a customer for years and no one went out of their way to help with my problem.

In respect to the pharmacy team, the pharmacist's are wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately the rest of the pharmacy team leave very little to be desired. Their customer service is despicable. I used Walmart as my pharmacy for years, but after my last encounter with their rudeness I have pulled all of my prescriptions. I would rather pay a larger dispensing fee elsewhere, then have to ever deal with them again.

Honestly this Walmart has the absolute worst customer service of all walmarts ... and that's saying a lot.
