The customer service is horrible. AMAN in particular provides the worst services. He is the manager of the store but tells everyone he is just the sales rep just so he can get away with customer issues and concerns and not deal with them. He sold me a phone plan, lied about it, then made me chase him around to have it fixed. IT NEVER GOT FIXED AND HAD TO PAY OVER $100 FOR MY BILL AS A NEW CUSTOMER.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY! HE WILL DO ANYTHING TO SELL PLANS.

At Value Mobile in Georgian Mall, Barrie, you will find fantastic staff and great service! Abishek and Aman were extremely helpful during the sale and have offered to help me with anything in the future to learn about my new Iphone! The prices there definitely beat the competitors. The same plan and phone were much more reasonable at Value Mobile. Thanks very much! This is a great company that I highly recommend!!
