Visited this Urban Planet location July 31 at about 1:30pm. There were many staff working appearing to be running around and folding clothes and only one employee on cash. There was a huge line that only kept growing while we were in it, still with only one cashier and we waited in line for over 20 minutes. The whole time we were in line there were approximately 1-3 employees in the window changing mannequins directly beside the cash desk. At one point, one of the employees from the window, who I imagined to be a supervisor or manager, shouted to her cashier saying she needed to work faster because she was the only cashier and she couldn’t leave the window because the Vice President was coming. The entire line was appalled at this comment as it was obvious the cashier was overwhelmed and doing the best she could, and the priorities in the store are ridiculous. Companies should not prioritize changing mannequins for store reviews over customer satisfaction. I’m very disappointed at the way the manager treated her cashier and her lack of care for the customers and how they were being serviced.

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER.
Today, Wednesday, July 17, at 5:11 PM, a manager named Carol or Kim (I couldn't hear clearly) yelled at my sister and me while we were next in line for checkout. We were called by a cashier, made eye contact with her, and began walking towards her. Suddenly, the manager starts shouting at us “EXCUSE ME. HEY GET BACK IN LINE. THIS LADY HERE HAS BEEN WAITING LONGER THAN YOU. SO GO BACK AND WE’LL HELP YOU NEXT”. She had a very negative tone and was literally screaming at us. Apparently, she was supposed to help the other lady herself but didn’t because she was on the phone handling a gift card issue. Her outburst made everyone look at us as if we were causing trouble, when we did absolutely nothing wrong. Under no circumstance should a worker, let alone manager, treat customers like this to the point where my sister almost cried.
Whoever this manager is, is very disrespectful and should not be in any position of management. I would not wish it upon anyone to be treated the way we were today.

Breanna helped me out at this store the other day in the changing area and was really helpful and kind. Everyone else I dealt with too were really nice as well. I’m so comfortable shopping there :)

The staff is definitely NOT HELPFUL nor Polite… Definitely needs some work on Customer service.. employees should be MANDATORY to speak in English to each other when with English speaking customers

i spent an hour in this store shopping and finally had about 20 items to try on, I got to the change room and tried on maybe two shirts before an employee didn't knock and just unlocked the room on me. Thankfully I was clothed ?? They barely apologized and instead just took my stack of un tried on items from outside the changeroom and walked away. I went to swap the items and all of the clothes I had just wasted my time finding were gone and the employee was nowhere to be seen. I left without purchasing anything and extremely disappointed and frustrated, honestly this was the worst shopping experiene I've ever had here. The changerooms not having a mirror inside is also frustrating, and for some reason they never utilize the entire right side of changerooms so you're squeezed in and having to open the door to a bunch of strangers staring at you everytime you want to look in the mirror.

This location used to have a lot of variety and great prices. They used to have a great, affordable plus size section. As a broke college kid, this was my saving grace. I would buy my jeans here because of how often I’d have to buy new ones. I have popped in occasionally the past couple months and they keep saying they are re-implementing their plus section (as it was removed over a year ago) however, they never actually get around to doing so. I called a week ago to see if they had any plus coming back, I left a message on their voicemail and they have yet to return my call. I’d rather someone be transparent with me than to ignore me.
Variety in sizes and design is nothing like it used to be. You’d be lucky to find 3 different sizes of the same t-shirt (normally xs, small and medium).
I also find the quality of the items has gone down. Hair accessories feel significantly more thin and cheap, jewelry breaks easily, etc.

Should look into new management.I have witnessed the female managers at this store act unprofessional and rude towards their employees.. to say the least. Your job is simply to manage the store while ensuring a healthy work environment.. mean girling the employees isn’t the way to do that. Do better.(I was in the store for 10 minutes tops, can’t imagine dealing with that for a full shift)
