I purchased I coffee table which the store said they had 8 in stock but 2 weeks later still waiting for delivery. There warehouse is in Mississauga and they are so slow that I would not recommend buying from Urban Barn. I would go to Ashley Furniture so much faster and better organized.

Kyla and Ally were both amazing!
Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The level of customer service was miles above other retailers and the quality and selection of products was excellent. Highly recommended!

I bought a chair in 2018. It has slowly been peeling. Urban Barn sells the same chair frame with different cushions. I asked to buy the new cushions to replace the defective cushions. They are not attached to the chair and fit perfectly. It sounds like an easy swap. Urban Barn said no. I am upset with the quality of the cushions and feel if they are selling poor quality items they should sell replacement parts.
Below is an image of the defective chair and the chair they sell in store with new cushions. I was hoping to easily purchase the new cushions
Urban Barn said it is because they ship their furniture in. I would have hoped they would make an exception to ship the new cushions in to help a loyal customer. I am not asking for anything for free just to simply have this chair last longer.

I can’t say enough about how much I’ve enjoyed shopping at this location latelyExceptional above, and beyond Customer Service from Barb ! Besides her pleasant, personality, helpful, kind manner, she has gone out of her way and job description to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ve also had wonderful and amazing service from Kayla, she too has gone out of her way to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I went to the Queensway store first and found the perfect lamp I needed 2 they only had one left the store manager searched for another and found one in Barrie. Was traveling that way and I picked it up. My experience was great at both locations I definitely will be back! Love everything in the stores especially the service!!
