Called about warranty work today for a ryobi sander, the gentleman on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Ryobi is paying for shipping to send it to another shop.

I dropped off a DEWALT table saw, two impacts and recip saw. The guys promptly serviced all tools and reasonably priced. Also when I dropped off the tools I bought another impact to keep me going and it was priced competitively to big box stores.Overall experience with these guys was excellent, highly recommend them for tool service and tool purchase.

***update, after less than 6 hours of use, the tool is broken once againDropped off my Milwaukee high torque for warranty repair on March 14th, was told because it wasn't purchased there that it would be 11-14 days before they could even look at it.After 28 days I had still not heard anything from them so I decided to stop by and see what was going on, I was told they assessed the tool and that "the parts are on their way", when I asked for an ETA on the parts all I recieved was a shrug and "they get here when they get here".Today I decided to stop by again, 4 and a half months after dropping the tool off as I still haven't heard from them, when I arrived I was told that it was on the done shelf ready to go, and that they must've forgot to call me.133 days without so much as a single email or call to inform me on the status of my repair.Unless you want to make weekly stops in to check up on your repairs I highly recommend just sending the tool back to the manufacturer for warranty work, otherwise it may just sit on a shelf for who knows how long waiting for you to stop by.Very dissatisfied with the service

Called to ask about repair. Person on other end was very curt and hung up on me mid conversation. They are not usually that bad to deal with.
