You go in and you get the best! Timpano is synonymous with suits/ with wedding/ with celebration style. Paul has such a wealth of knowledge of the industry and you feel confident stepping into the shop. Plus he’s a real genuine and personable person. Thankyou.

For anyone ever needing a suit for any kind of special occasion I STRONGLY recommend NOT going to Timpanos in Barrie. When it comes to Paul on a personal level (the gentleman that runs Timpanos) he's a very nice guy, he's friendly and easy to get along with. Unfortunately when it comes to the business size of him he is RIDICULOUSLY unorganized. Here is everything we went through when getting our suits from Timpanos. He almost lost/misplaced out suit order tickets (physical and digital copies) in the first month of ordering them and had we have not said anything, probably would have been forgotten about. By the time the suits arrived they were the wrong color (he had a beautiful royal blue (or some kind of darker blue that we adored) suit in store that we wanted for the guys and he handed us black ones, by this time it's getting too close to have him reorder knowing how long it took last time. So we thought "ok, it's fine we can make black work". We brought my 2 stepsons to get measured for their fittings and he didn't write down their measurements, a couple of months later he couldn't remember if they even came in to get sized even tho they were with us. When one of my stepsons tried on their pants it was clearly too big and definitely the wrong size (I know that there's usually some alterations needed but usually when you get sized for a suit it's not usually very far off from fitting). The last time we were in, about 2 months ago he seemed to have placed an online order for our bow ties for all the guys (we needed 5 and were supposed to be royal blue since the tuxedos are now black) in front of us and even went over the order with us to make sure. As I remembered about the bow ties yesterday I asked my fiance if he could check up on them as Paul said they should be in, in about a month and would call us when they came in but hasn't called yet. Got a call back from Paul today after my fiance had called and not only does he not remember placing said order he thought we ordered black bowties. We just so done at this point, we ordered the ties off Amazon cuz we no longer want to have to go through Paul. As I said, as for a personal level he's a really nice guy, friendly and easy to get along with, unfortunately being a professional running a business tho... Incredibly unorganized do not recommend. We shouldn't have to remind a business that they have customers waiting for their orders.

terrible customer service. refuses to answer the phone for any reason while charging more than any suit rental place in barrie and doesn’t even include shoes, ties, or pocket squares.
tried to take my wedding party here but due to their awful customer service we have decided to use collin’s clothiers. if we’re spending more than a $1500 for a day, i expect to be treated with some respect.

Me and my boyfriend went to look for a suit for him for prom by far this is the best store! So friendly and nice and not to pricey around $300 for everything except the shoes!

My son and I went to Timpano after searching high and low for a suit his size with absolutely no luck at all. He is in the awkward not a boy but not quite a man size. I WISH WE WOULD HAVE WENT TO TIMPANOS FIRST!!! Amazing customer service! Super helpful, and although he was working by himself he treated everyone like they were the only people in the store. If I could give 6 stars I would. Don't go anywhere else, trust me!

Paul is great! Although you may have to factor in a bit of wait time, his service is very personalized and his prices are tough to beat! I am a big fan of the Euro slim suit designs for taller slim builds. There is a tailoring and drycleaner right next door which makes it a very convenient one-stop shop.

The moment I walked in I was made to feel like family, Paul was honest, gave his professional opinion and had me ready for my wedding in less then an hour with alterations next door you cannot go wrong. This man knows what he is doing hands down the best place you grab a suit or tux. You will not leave disappointed! Thanks a million Paul!!!

Absolutely recommend this place. My mom brought me and both my brothers here as well as my dad and groomsmen for over 10 years now. Went in tonight a week before my prom, with very minimal options and stock due to warehouse shortages, Mr. Paul Timpano found me the perfect charcoal black suit that I wanted, and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Super super friendly and even when busy makes you feel like you’re top priority. Thank you so very much Mr. Timpano!

Mr. Paul Timpano is simply Wonderful. He has outfitted my boys for Graduation (over 10 years now lol) as well as fitted my husband and groomsmen ..all to a T! The level of customer service is definitely above and beyond. Watching him with a store full of clients including us, never feeling as you have to wait as he seems to seamlessly engage and measure and just "know" what is right. My family and I support him fully and are thankfull that especially during these tough times that they are here ❤

Went into Timpano’s today to get my son fitted for his prom suit. Once again received simply amazing service. We have trusted Timpano’s with all of our boys suits over the years. Their service has always been consistent, always making sure that the boys look top notch. Whatever the occasion, we will continue to use their services for years to come.
