Terrible customer service. Was in the store for quite some time and was not acknowledged by a single person. My husband and I were looking at tile and openly asking questions to each other, which was clearly in earshot of those who work there. Not one person offered to help us. I then went up to the sales counter to wait. A sales person was behind the counter looking downward at some sort of document and would not even acknowledge me. At that point, we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

Good store. But Mustache man has some sass. Just make sure you are a master of tile before asking questions.

This company is horrible not only to shop at but also to work for. No respect for professionalism towards customers or staff. I could go on but this place is certainly NOT worth my time or energy. Never would I ever use this company as a reference after they stopped me from getting unemployment to make themselves look better.??

Nothing in stock and what I settled on that they had just enough for, every single sheet of 2x2” was chipped, even the new box and they only had one box. Waste of time.

Just tried to return two bags of grout. I understand that they do not take returns on grout from October to May due to the chance that the product may have froze. However I just made the purchase and although it is December of 2023 we haven’t had any temperatures below freezing for several days. So a little common sense is needed. I left the grout for the store to resale which I’m sure they will

Been to this location numerous times and it's a pattern of poor customer service. Never acknowledged, not even a hello, no one approaches you and you have to bring all your samples up to the counter to get any information. We unfortunately loved a few hardwood options they had but they had zero samples and wouldn't let you take home the display board, meaning no way you can bring it home to assess it in your space. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to give us any information on their products. Go elsewhere.

I went to this store on Saturday November 18th with my Mother. This older woman with a pony tail who works there showed us a shower tile and all I did was simply tell her how this tile wouldn’t work in my bathroom because of the color of my vanity and flooring. As I was explaining this to her she turned her head and gave a roll of her eyes. She was telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about with her body language. I just thought it was uncalled for and unprofessional on her part. I said to my Mom let’s go I’d rather not deal with her. I was polite the whole time. First time at this store and wont be going back.
