This place is based out of the UK just like me. So relatable. Anyways, I caught wind that they might be closing soon so I bought out the whole store. I recommend everyone does the same while also visiting Saje while you are at it. Love the body shop and their products. Never have bad service either. Pretty decent prices. But I only give 4 because The Body Shop discontinued my favourite product "coconut oil perfume". It was amazing. They came in these cute little bottles and were around probably $30. But definitely check this place out. The smells are so good.

My daughters and I had visited the store today on our shopping adventures! Wow! The man who was working was absolutely AMAZING! He was so nice SO FRIENDLY and so very helpful! I actually went home and raves about him to my husband. I most def will be back to this location in hopes of having him as my customer service guy!

This store no longer carries the brand of shower gel etc that I have always purchased for my daughter for Xmas. The prices have also skyrocketed so I'm not interested in purchasing anything.

Went there last evening looking 2 specific products, for my mother-in-law, I am not a customer, first time in the store....the 2 young girls working there were more involved in doing each others make up rather than attending to customers in the store. I felt like I had to interrupt them to ask a question. Then when I had my 2 items, I saw on the Shelf THE SAME SHELF, it said 20% off with the purchase of 2...so I thought ok perfect because I was getting 2. Then the girl that rang me through said no, that wasn't for the items I was getting, said the sale was confusing....literally in my head saying, then dont put the sign where it doesn't apply! Needless to say, very disappointed in the staff, service and false advertising, didn't gain me as a new customer with this experience, I'll stick to Bath and Body Works!

My daughter and I visited the store today looking for a face mask. Not only did we find exactly what we wanted but we also got plenty of tips and other products that we would love to return for. Both of the employees in store were friendly and awesome! We loved their enthusiasm and we will be continuing to return for many more trips. The fact the the products are quality and cruelty-free will always make it a #1 stop for us.

Amazing cruelty free products. I always feel good shopping here. The staff are also very helpful and the store is super well organized.
