I used superior mover back in September. Unfortunately some of our furniture was damaged and the company stopped responding by email and I still haven’t heard from the manager. I got an email this week, and I figured it must be a response finally… No. asking me to leave a review in exchange for $15. Amusing. Since the company itself has prompted me to leave a review, I will leave the poor review here I hoped I wouldn’t need to make. I am still waiting for the manager to get in touch and haven’t been reimbursed or compensated for the actual damage done during the services I paid for. So here is my review and caution to others.

The movers were great and friendly. The service was well organized and the reminding text messages were so helpful. The only thing that could be improved is to coordinate time of service with final balance payment. i.e. The movers had just left my house and right away I got a call to pay the remaining balance.

I can not tell you how amazing it was to have Sumanpreet and Gursewak as my movers today! These two worked very hard and never wavered. I highly recommend these two movers. So polite and highly efficient. I have move many times throughout my lifetime, and by far have never had such a positive experience. I enjoyed working with these two! All fir them personally.Superior movers is so nice and easy and nice to deal with. The company was clear, direct, and transparent with all their communications. And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I liked that they first inspected our office to understand exactly how to prepare things for the move. The day before the move, almost all of the items were removed and placed securely in their storage unit, making moving day easier.
