I've visited Melanie's store on several occasions. Not only is Melanie professional but goes out of her way to ensure you are completely satisfied with her services and products. She is accommodating and very knowledgeable on all things hair. Her store carries a wide range of products including wigs, plus braiding hair and hair prices are fair and competitive. I have 4C natural hair and she knows the right products to ensure it remains healthy and looks amazing. I absolutely recommend her services and store.

Beautiful and clean space. Melenie and her staff are so friendly and knowledgeable on all hair types. My daughters and myself have never left disappointed, that's why we travel over 80km one way to get our hair done by a trusted source...it's worth the drive to Barrie!

Ladies! Mel knows her stuff! She is sweet, funny and will make sure you leave happy! I am super super picky and in some cases almost opinionated lol I didn’t make it easy for her but she handles herself with grace and took the time to walk me through things when needed. She does an excellent job and has great products ! Come visit her ! She’s the best hands down !

My go to hair store!The most high quality best ponytails, wigs and products. They even sell fabulous lashes and offer many other services! I am in here atleast 2-3 times a month. Everytime I walk in it is great, very friendly welcoming customer service and you can really see the passion they have for their business. I was at the location on Saturday and I had the best experience I have ever had in any beauty store.The owner was so very sweet and kind and she took her time and helped me find just the right wigs.I was never made to feel out of place like I was in other places she made us feel like friends or even family.I cannot wait to visit barrie again and go back to shop some more.I am so grateful
