We had our truck go in due to a fire. We mainly dealt with Rudi and Kim. Although all the staff we came in contact with was fantastic. We have a three month old truck, so I was quite particular with how I was hoping it would turn out. They were amazing in sitting with us while I went over all my concerns and assuring us it would be done to perfection. And it absolutely was. We cannot thank them all as a hole enough, but mainly to Kim and rudi, we thank you both so much for going above and beyond and bringing our truck back to perfection. Your customer service was outstanding and our truck is perfect! Thank you so much everything was greatly appreciated.

Natasha and the staff at Simplicity Car Care Barrie are amazing! Work was completed quickly and looks wonderful. They went the extra mile and detailed the car and turned on the ac for me to return home. They are tops in doing the big details and thinking of the small details. So I had a car accident and it was the very first time something like this happened to me in Canada, and so I got to know Simplicity and they are absolutelly awesome. They helped me understand the insurance details, provided me all the feedbacks, were very patient with me all the time. If you need a bodyshop for your cair in Barrie, definetely you will never regret bringing your car to them.

My vehicle was damaged in a rear end collision. Natasha, walked me through the whole process. Kept me posted threw each phase of the repair. My vehicle was returned to me a month later looking just fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simplicity to anyone. Thanks so much for your assistance.

The repairs for my truck needed a very tight schedule for completion and was met as expected. A staff member even drove my daughter back to her car! Even better, the repairs were very fair and competitively priced as well. Simplicity Car Care also provided me with pictures at different stages in case I needed for insurance purposes. Honestly, this team was fantastic and I will continue to recommend as needed. Great work again!

I dropped my car off to be repaired due to a recycling bin hitting the hood of my car and adjust my front bumper. Simplicity Car Care was very professional and Polite. They repaired my car in 5 business days which is great. The paint match on my car looks great, (Crystal White Pearl) which is hard to paint match. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and knowledgeable. They even corrected some issues a previous shop made, that I only became aware of much later. They also removed some small dings (PDR) and cleaned my car. Also, their work is warrantied for life which is great. I would recommend and use this shop again.

I had my car repaired at Simplicity after a hit and run in April 2022. One of the worse experiences I have had. I kept on insisting that something else was wrong with my car because after I picked it up there was a horrible squeaky noise when I drove it. It kept getting louder and louder. They kept telling me it had nothing to do with the accident. To make a long story short, they ended up having it looked at by their mechanic and they found a crack in the frame (not sure if it is called undercarriage). They ended up fixing it but after much yelling on my part (was really stressed and frustrated). Finally it was fixed or so I thought. Next thing that happened is that some rubber trim in the front of the car fell off. Took it back as it was hanging. They clipped it back in but a few days later it fell off. They tried to tell me that I must have hit something. I never hit anything. It was on the front end that was repaired. So now part of my trim is missing. I am writing to the insurance company to make a formal complaint. The insurance company told me I have a life time warranty but I am hesitant to go back to them as they are going to give me the same story that I must have it something. I am normally a polite person but what they put me through was terrible.
