I visited this store for the first time to check out their bedroom sets, but the experience was very disappointing. The lady (salesperson) was extremely rude and seemed to have no understanding of proper customer service. She was rushing through the conversation as if she had no time for me. When I asked about the price difference compared to another store, which had a similar item $300 cheaper, her response was, “Then go buy it from them!” I was shocked at how disrespectful and unprofessional she was. Out of respect for her age, I didn’t say anything at the time, but she definitely needs training on how to treat potential customers. I would not recommend this store to anyone—if you want to be treated poorly, then go ahead and deal with this lady.?

Scamers. Told us different price as soon we went to pick up the mattress they changed the price. Owner said different price and worker said different price. Would not recommend this place.

I just updated my living room and main bedroom. This is the best furniture store in Barrie. No sales games. No pressure to buy. Excellent quality products at reasonable prices.

Received custom made sofa today. Positive experience with sales staff. Workmanship is beautiful and color was exactly as expected. Timeline was 6 weeks and right to the day. Delivered on time as promised. Delivery staff was pleasant. Looking forward to ordering chair in near future.

Really enjoyed my experience with Simcoe Home Furniture, Mirka was helpful and friendly, the sofa is gorgeous & the price was right, the delivery man were courteous and the product was delivered in a timely manner. From purchase through delivery, the service, quality and price were exceptional. This was the last of many furniture stores that we visited to find the right sofa; in future it will be the first place we go to for furnishings.

Fantastic furniture store! The selection is diverse, offering both modern and classic styles. The quality of the pieces is impressive, and the staff is incredibly helpful especially Jass.
