I'm writing to provide feedback on a recent visit to your store on January 31, 2024. While I understand that product quality can sometimes be beyond your control, I'd like to address an issue related to customer service.I purchased milk during my visit, but it did not meet my expectations. When I approached your associate, Trupti, to discuss a possible refund or exchange, I was disappointed with the response. The interaction felt dismissive, impolite, and at one point, she explicitly told me not to buy products from this store again.Exceptional customer service can significantly improve customer experiences, even when product quality falls short. I believe there's an opportunity to enhance customer service by providing training in effective communication and empathy to your team.While my initial concern remains unresolved, I hope to see improvements in customer service during future visits. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.Thank you for considering my feedback.

Last night I bought a small carton of milk and I opened it this afternoon and it has gone bad. The milk is not refrigerated properly the date says October 3rd so it should be still good but it's not my opinion is that the workers there don't care for the product that they sell milk and other products needs to be refrigerated properly

Very bad experience. Cashier lady was very impolite. Wouldn’t recommend anyone this gas station as her behavior was very unpleasant and rude. She asked me (40 years old) for identification for buying cigarettes on Nov 5th 2022 night? I don't believe I appear to be less than 25 years old to be requested for ID, at least haven't had this experience in last 10 years.

Worst gas station I've ever been to the place gas Cob webs, ATM never works, employees have horrible attitude when customers interrupt a phone call to make a purchase and the lock the doors to do their prayers so customers have to wait

I call ahead to make sure they have something in stock and the guys says, “yes ma’am we do.” So I drive out of my way only to get there and the item not be in stock. Check properly for your customer and not waste their time!

Always told its pre pay, I have rights! Other shells don't ask me to pre pay, petro up the road doesn't ask for pre pay, because it's against my Canadian rights!

I would definitely recommend to visit that store. The staff is polite, charming and show professionalism in work, especially a girl named Avon who works mostly evenings at the store. She is very generous and always willing to help people whenever they need. All in all, the store looks clean and tidy whenever I visit there. So, overall it's a good place.

While the other customers were kept out of the store, how can someone stay in store for 30 minutes by blocking one of the pump with their car and talking to the girl at the counter.Employee should be mindful of rules and restrictions to be sane for all.

Sold my husband bad milk a day after a 2 hour power outage. He went back as soon as he got home and realized the milk was bad. Another employee refused to return the milk and didnt even check the product in said fridge. Be aware of any perishable item bought here. Terrible customer service. A recipe wasnt even offered. Thanks Shell. I spent my last $3 on milk at your store. Now my kids wont have cereal tomorrow.

Cashier was talking loudly on the phone and ignored me when I asked to pay for items separately and did not hear me when I repeated that I was paying for things separately so he did not change it after scanning everything through. I got impatient so I just paid with one card and left. Very unprofessional.Also, opening hours changed without signage changes or notice. I was very rudely shooed away a few nights before when I politely asked if they now closed earlier than before. The cashier's tone seemed hostile in response to my simple question.

Location now locks doors for the convenience store an hour earlier than before without any change in signage. Employees are also constantly on the phone or are talking to their friends in the store and when they are paying attention constantly try to sell you things.

Very misleading..been there 3or4 times to purchase gas at the price which is shown on the site cheapest gas prices in Barrie ..as advertised today was1.12.9 per litre ..at the station the price is $1.24.9 per litre..Drove out of my way again to purchase gas at this station.. I have had bad service at this station in the past and when I called up the station to voice my concern it fell on deaf ears..I had a very hard time trying to understand what thè attendant was trying to say
