Great store, friendly, competent staff. Unwittingly went on a 50% off day and everyone was working together to keep things flowing. Remarkably well organized considering the wide variety of items. Fantastic pricing.

I donated, and a lady didn’t let me take a coupon she said they stop giving them when Covid started, on website says that they are giving coupons if donated. She didn’t even said thank you for all the good stuff I donated and was extremely rude. Never donate for Barrie again going to Newmarket where they just offer coupons all the time, and people are very friendly

They gave a man in front of me a discount, not a senior, just because he asked, I asked and got nothing. It certainly seems, looking at the other reviews, that they are running this store like their own personal shop with stashes of parts and items in the back. I realize this is a thrift store however, the fact that this is a place of business places responsibility on those who run it.
